Vietnamese beef carpaccio

For 4 persons

400g fillet of beef, very good
2 tablespoons soy oil
4 tablespoons of dressing fish sauce
50g  Asian basil leaves
50g mint leaves
50g coriander leaves
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, ground
1 lemon
1 small red pepper

A Carpaccio that will surprise you by its multitude of flavors fresh and exciting

1. Cut beef into slices as thin as possible and divide into the 4 plates. Coat  with oil and sprinkle – the mint leaves and basil, finely chopped. Sprinkle a few drops of fish sauce and a few drops of lemon. Sprinkle with peanuts and garnish with cilantro and chopped red pepper (if you do not want the chili is too spicy, first remove the pips/seeds)
